The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 286 "An                     
Act extending the termination date of the Board of Parole; and                 
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced                
with                                                                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 286(JUD), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to special conditions of mandatory                           
parole; relating to conditions of mandatory and                                
discretionary parole; extending the termination date                           
of the Board of Parole; and providing for an
